u sud have a a line where in u sud say that u wont compromise on security beyond a point...for the AVG and wat so ever anti virus u want to go free with,i wud suggest u to just download the trial versions of nortons or mcafee and uninstall after a month an dthen try another this way u can get security without th efuss of spending money..

windows live care allows for 3 months security..mcafee one month..norton 1 month...bit defender 1 month panda 1 month..see i have covered ur 7 months without a anti virus and with even spending a penny and without sacrifing on ur security...
