If you are in the UK then 7000 p is only ￡70 so that is cheap.

The work out alone would be enough to make you lose weight if you dont normally work out, and as long as you dont eat junk food all day ull be fine. The amount of weight you lose depends on how much you weigh now. ( if u weihgj 200lbs and eat healthier with that workout ull lose mroe then if you weighed 140 )

If it is, then you may look weak instead of sexy for your bf's party. Then, you may gain all the weight back once you go back on the diet before the lemonade diet.

I actually try to keep track of the rate at which the "natural disasters" are rising in almost exponential degrees/ just as prophecy from God's WORD has told all of us; as the laboring woman undergoes at first very light intensity contractions, then gradually...they become VERY INTENSE, VERY FREQUENT, and very close together. Just again, as IT IS with the growth rate of not only volcano's, but hurricanes, tornado's....tsunami's....then there is the heightened INCREASE in MORAL DECREASE (moral decline worldwide!)/.....It is all TOO OBVIOUS that we are in the final birth paings of what this earth and her inhabitants will undergo; BEFORE the REAL WRATH and CUP OF THE LORD's WRATH IS POURED OUT upon the unbelieving inhabitants of this GOD-"forsakING" earth.
